Prior to joining Cognito, Tara worked in recruitment. She began in London where she specialised in recruiting for fast-growing start-ups and established companies in the FMCG space. After relocating to Singapore in 2020, Tara moved into hiring for Human Resources teams within the legal, insurance, financial services, and fintech sectors.
Tara holds a BA Hons in French and International Relations from the University of Reading.
