Esma Güzel oversees the Financial, Operational, HR, and IT departments for Amsterdam. Her leadership is characterized by a strong focus on optimizing processes and people development, which has led to significant improvements in financial and organizational performance.

Esma joined Cognito as Finance Operations Manager in 2022. Esma has a background in Hospitality and Leisure Management. Early in her career, she developed a passion for cross-cultural business ethics, diversity, and inclusion (DE&I).
