Based in London, Daisy’s role as EA and HR Operations Partner focuses on providing senior executive and global HR support.

Daisy began her career in the City of London at LIFFE as a Position Keeper supporting a team of open outcry Futures traders specialising in Long Gilts and Short Sterling . She then joined Thomas Murray, a global risk advisory company, where she provided executive support to the company founder as well as successfully building up global HR Operations. Daisy remained at Thomas Murray for 25 years before joining Cognito in 2024.
