Felice Tobin

As Head of Cognito’s Hong Kong office, Felice specializes in crafting and implementing reputation-enhancing communications strategies for businesses looking to raise their profiles in the Hong Kong, Greater China and wider APAC markets.

She brings a combination of international in-house and consultancy PR experience, and local sales and partnership marketing expertise, across the financial services and technology industries, to every client challenge. What this means in practice: Felice knows what it takes to deliver cross-functional, revenue-generating campaigns that translate into business and reputational growth.

Felice is passionate about leading media and speaker training sessions for C-Suite and senior stakeholders. Felice regularly features at industry events, speaking on a panel at Hong Kong FinTech week and moderating a panel at Insurtech Insights Asia – two of Asia’s flagship events in 2023. Most recently, Felice was accepted into The Women’s Foundation’s coveted mentorship program and shortlisted at the PR Awards Asia for the Young PR Professional of the Year award.

Felice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University, with a Major in International Development and a double Minor in Communications and Sexual Diversity Studies. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She has worked in Toronto, London and Hong Kong.
